Lucky to be alive.. hold on a sec chaps

Guy needs to change his name to Isaac Hunt, 'cos he is.

Don’t understand for a minute how he manages to stay a) in employment or b) in possession of his licence. That last vid is a blatant ram to my untutored eyes and will surely be followed up by his firm/their insurance.

Can’t believe how bad his driving is in the videos. Would love to hear his explanation as to why he constantly drives in the outside lane. Also agree with the above comments about reporting him as that last video only needed slightly different circumstances to end in disaster with someone innocent being killed.

One can’t help but think this thread is feedin this guy’s ego and he is lapping up the attention.

Yes the car was in the wrong lane (we all do it) but theres a history of this guy driving in the outside lane for no apparent reason and reckless vehicular behaviour, also the car started indicating at around 5seconds on the video and the avoidable accident occured at 10 seconds.

Hard to tell but it appears he accelerated at the moment the car started indicating and deliberately bumped in to it (sure tacho data would show if this was the case), I wouldn’t be surprised if his intent was to have a minor bump to get it on youtube and this falls into the category of a deliberate accident.

He didn’t really do that, did he?? He’s in the wrong lane, as is the cage driver. Cage driver indicates intention and the ■■■■■■■ rammed her deliberately. He must have seen her indicate because he was on the horn immediately. I don’t know about the rest of you, but if that had happened out of the blue I would have been too busy trying to take avoiding action to even find the horn button.
I agree, send the video to The Bill. I assume it was in London(?) so the Met would be favourite.
Absolute ■■■■■■■■.

Some guys will never be truck drivers as long as they have a hole in their arses, this guy personifies that type, ie. those that drive their truck as you would a car.
I reckon he sees himself as some kind of Super trucker hero, a bit like that cyclist knob on you tube, self-policing the traffic, and outing what he thinks are bad drivers, the irony is he shows himself to be the worst of the bad drivers and a lot of the situations are actually caused by him :open_mouth: , and his attitude towards his fellow truck drivers stinks, as shown by that situation where the guy signalled to change lanes, ok maybe it wasn’t neccessary, but the traffic was stopped ffs, so what was the problem.
I’ve never been in favour of grassing people up but I reckon somebody in charge of him should be warned before he actually kills some poor ■■■■■■■■ at the very least his co. should put him on some kind of driving refresher course, or if not he shouldn’t be allowed near anything bigger than a car until he grows up.

These videos really are quite shocking, a driver of large vehicles who appears to have no comprehension of defensive driving, and little or no regard for other road users :frowning:

Looking back at his past posts I saw this one:

Re: Burnley banned HGV man drove all over UK

after reading the newspaper, i would guess he got 21 months, cause he lied to the court and the roozers, ive had experience with the courts ( both ends ) and they really hate liers.

When he says “both ends” would that mean as ‘victim’ and ‘accused’'?

Or merely ‘front end’ and ‘rear end’.

:unamused:

I would presume both ends and that Chris has been ‘spit-roasted’ on more than one occasion. (allegedley)

Guy needs taking out of the lorry and put into a dodgem, it’s about all he’s good for. I hope that last video bites him on the arse ■■■■

Good God what a ■■■■■■■■ :open_mouth: :open_mouth: :unamused: :unamused: How the hell has this bloke got a licence???i wouldnt let him loose on a ■■■■■■■ pushbike never mind driving a lorry. :unamused: :unamused: :unamused: :unamused:

Wow , its just one piece of bad driving after another. He obviously thinks he’s in the right as he’s keeping posting them

I noticed the dates of these videos seem to occur very close together , over a few days in may of this year , I might have one close incident a year where I need to blast my horn but for this to happen on a daily basis several times a day clearly he is at fault & has a bad driving attitude , there is no way you can have some many incidents in a short period unless you are the cause of them all …

the crash on the island was yesterday ,that was jeremy vine on the radio so he didn’t waste any time getting it on utube

You’re right. I’ve just played back Jeremy Vine’s programme on iplayer for yesterday and it tallies exactly for that time.

If bees chris is still reading these forums it shows he takes no notice of anyone’s comments about his driving.

it is just a pity that one cannot quite get the registration of that silver estate car he hit although the location is obvious enough ( Gants Hill Roundabout on the A12).

I hope the police catch up with him before he injures or kills someone. Behind the wheel he is an aggressive bully.

Assuming that he isn’t on T.net, somebody should make him aware of the opinions of his driving on here, via the comments part on you tube, it would be interesting to hear his response, after all if he genuinely thinks he is right he would try and defend it, give him enough rope etc etc.

I’m not saying for one min that this guy isn’t a tool, and his last video although he was again in the outside lane, the driver of the silver car was at fault, and no doubt they would be claiming that they didn’t cross the front of his truck, both lanes where clearley marked for ahead only, Although i feel that he should of been able to stop without hitting the car,as soon as the silver car slowed & indicated he should of been anticipating their next move

Never say never, No, some days it can be like running the gauntlet all the clowns are out on the road, sunday drivers are still out there, who maybe are in that much of a dither they can’t rememver where home is, or their sat naff is taking them around in circles, then you got the wobblybox club, most who don’t have a clue how to tow a trailer, and only do it occasionally

That’s right but as professional drivers I’d hope you’d be aware of the other drivers around you and their shortcomings. You then make allowances for them and act accordingly. It’s something we all do (many of us without even thinking about it)
Imagine the carnage on the roads if we all drive around with this guys attitude? That’s what makes US professional.
I have mentioned the love for him on TruckNet in his YouTube comments to see if he’s prepared to come here and defend his honour - might get comfy while I wait.

It’s true, some days they all seem to be out together, professionals or not, we’re only human too. I’ve found a way to deal with it though.

When someone does something stupid that affects my journey, I shout GOOOOOORRRM at the top of my voice and pull a silly face. I end up making myself laugh and all the stress vanishes

I’m not saying it would work for you, but it might be worth a try!
