I still have 3 meals a day and have lost 2st 8lb since Christmas
Also what helps if you lose weight chuck out your large trousers or shorts straight away and buy ones that fit right so you don’t have the chance to rexpand your waist line

I agree with this. 2 meals a day is plenty. It takes a week or two to adjust but it’s a good plan. I’m up for work at 4ish most days. I eat first meal around 11ish and again late afternoon, around 6 pm.
Drink lots of water, 2 litres a day in between meals. Coffee and tea is fine. Don’t snack on crap food. Have mental strength.

Did slimming world a few years back and lost 4.5st in just under a year, very easy to do, worth a try.
I started Slimming World 5 weeks ago after months of nagging by my daughter. Glad I did now as I’ve lost a stone in those 5 weeks.
Strange thing is, unlike other diet plans I never feel hungry or even peckish.
