Hi Dean

Yes Barry is still doing ‘sellers’ he pops in my yard every so often between trips

MaggieD and Fergie47…ta for your kind comments…NOT… :unamused: :unamused: :unamused:

Hope nobody minds if i put some Davies pics on this site cos there has been no interest or response from the last
few i,ve posted on the Davies thread and after all he was and still is a Southampton Haulier.

The first one has been on before but this one was taken from a different angle.
Les Slater perched on the Aircon of one of the 89,s i drove for Buzzer. Must have just shipped in cos she was a bit grubby.

This next one is the same motor taken in France somewhere.
Parked alongside and posing is someone all you old hands will remember. Bob Newman.

Hi Pat you,ll have to say hello to Barry from me when you see him next good bloke the last time i saw him must be when i was at Fruehauf, did i read you play golf now !

Haven’t got many photo’s as seem to have lost most but here are a few I have found, this is me at Skillbeech in 1997

This is at the MMP back in 97 … slightly over loaded fork lift lol … it took them 3 days to lift this off

The trailer was re-built, Tractor unit was bent but got straightened out by BP Rolls

hi all , some great subjects and pictures on here as usual ,ok not a soton haulier but a soton depot , many thanks to a friend of mine , joe peddie for the pics , who spent many a happy year here , joe made reversing the drawbar look easy , to this day i take my hat off to anyone who had to drive a turntable drawbar unit ! .
