I’m sorry we couldn’t make it to the “Do”, but Richard was rushed into Hospital with a nasty virus he has picked up from somewhere,hopefully he is on the mend and will be in touch as soon as poss !
I hope you all had a good time and we were both upset we couldn’t make it.

You’d have to have been a Continental driver in the late '60’s to mid '70’s to know where this beast was “parked” up.

Pat Scorey was in today and he said it was at Vimoutiers which is between Lisieux and Gace according to him it is still there and is a national monument approx 70 miles from LeHavre. It was a late Tiger with steel wheels also a scrapman cut the turret in three and the Gendarmes arrived and they had to weld it together again it is now on a concrete plith on public view.
