Very entertaining bit of film…great find Richard.
Good to see Wally on film as well. ( gawd bless him Rip ) As for what he was
saying on camera, well it wasn,t exactly top secret was it. ,!!! Nor was the film
in the public domain at the time.
What struck me watching it was how quiet the roads were back then. I think it
was made in 1974, so it was only 2 years later that I first ventured abroad, but
how easy we forget aye just how little traffic there was.
All in all, good viewing without too much ■■■■■■■■■.
Gazzer…if I get a knock on the door, i,ll just give em your name…
Ps…I,d forgotten how big those bloody steering wheels were on the Mercs…

When the link to it was first put on,it took me to ‘you tube’ and to the clip
but then it came up as unavailable.
It did this for a couple of days, but I thought i,d give it one more go…

He was very happy with it Charlie but I must confess he insisted on putting the wheels on,I had to supervise as he is only 3 years old. Regards Todd
