Long Departed Southampton Hauliers (Part 1)

MaggieD: thanks for the info I will look at OLD T.I.R. again

Also: Was that a skinny Richard with the Armstrong boys…“teddy bear” from the IOW and …grrrrr. I can’t remember the other chaps name!
Also: Has Angie a shovel in her hand for the big dig out?

Pic of The Joker outside Victors has been put on there !

I didn’t see it Richard and I went way back…past the hungarocamion fotos.

Post the link for me if you don’t mind.

The Armstrongs driver with “Teddy Bear” is Gerry. It’s all in there you know!

Charlie 1: Do you do truck washing at weekends? Could be a lucrative pocket earner for you?

Colin

Hi Gary,

It vanished from the page but thanks to Colin he found it again, yes that was me with my old 2026 Hitlers revenge Merc,a left ■■■■■■ I brought off John Sparshatt when 38 ton came in,it was as slow as those FL7’s I inherited from Robert Armstrong

Angie did have a shovel,Gordon Smith, Roy’s brother woke us with a cup of coffee in the morning and went off to the village (St Jean de Maurenne) hardware shop and brought the last 2 shovels one for himself and one for Angie, not one left for me so I took the pic from the bar

Colin if you need anyone to carry your bags on the Cruise let me know :unamused: :unamused:

Regards
Richard

Thanks Col.
