Pete,

Southern Bulk Traffic were from Alton.

some links to other mentions.

JC Dean may have done some work for them but you might be thinking of his trucks when painted yellow and blue (Kenneth Wilson livery)
or J&J transport in which he was a partner.

Hi Andrew,

Hope all is well in Wales, Colin is right, and I think E.J.Thomas at Lasham was one of the Companies.

Thought you might have posted a pic of your Peterbilt, as it’s “P” day today on Buzzers alphabet of manufacturers, and we seem to be struggling :unamused:

Regards
Richard

Yes,as stated Southern Bulk were from Alton. They had storage at Lasham airfield where they were Southern Storage. When Warrens packed up they took over their yard in Mill Lane and became Hampshire Commercials or as I knew it.Hampshire Comicals.
Re your fence Jim I¬m still trying to fix a day rate. Two cups of tea and four chocolate digestives aint enough!
Still can`t get over your skill in model making Jim.Very impressive
Is todays letter P?
.If so lets start with Pegaso or Peterbuilt.Sorry no pics.Regards Charlie   Ps Richard was right E J Thomas was the holding company.

MaggieD:
