And these figures can be solely attributed to the growth in speed cameras - I think not!

There are a combination of better car & road design - enforcement is only a small part in comparrison.
Only one thing can bring the figures down further as they have now stagnated and that is driver improvement.
The DfT/DSA has now finally realised this - better late than never I suppose
