In or Out- the EU referendum mega thread

Dipper_Dave:
Boris as PM and Trump as President. I believe that’s 2 of the 4 horseman in place.

I’m all for it, interesting times ahead. YOLO…

I have just spent 20p on a bet for Trump as President. After tonight who knows. He may have crackpot ideas but I think the public are fed up of the politicians who continually dole out scripted answers time and time again and quite like the idea of someone who says what they think even if it’s a little unsavoury.

2 years to get out so apart from a little short term uncertainty everything should fall into place with the help of our Boris.

Hang on 2 years, I’ve had some slow withdrawals in my time but this is ridiculous. Europe may not still be forking us but their bloody leaving their ■■■■ in to soak for a bit.

What a surprise, Mark Karsey pretty much saying things will be ok. So glad we didn’t fall for the lies

It wouldn’t surprise me if the FTSE100 companies that predicted doom and gloom will also now come out and say it’s not going to be that bad after all.

Fair play to you, to many on the remain have reverted to type of bull that is one of the reasons why they didn’t win, the result is the result and whichever side you are on it has be accepted

Well if Holland and France both leave and possibly a few others follow the likes of Scotland won’t have a EU to hold a referendum on,

But if Scotland go independent then what’s to say the EU will allow them membership? They have very little to bring to the table. Even Donald Trump’s gone off the idea of building golf courses there.

I think that he has chosen an honourable path by tendering his resignation.

+1
Respect to Dave’s resignation speech, I could hear his voice breaking towards the end. TBF he’s dropped a bollock or two but his dignity is intact.

Saw the news early this morning whilst still in bed, although I was leaning towards remain (out of cowardice) I couldn’t help giving myself a little fist pump and shouting ‘get in’.

Fair doos to everyone who voted, let’s see what happens.

Does this mean the end of our friends dragging roro and boxes out of the docks ,like ecs nse and all the otheres

His plan to get in backfired. Living in the London bubble he underestimated the public.

True, one of the reasons they voted remain was because the Taliban don’t want to live there, they ain’t been swamped with them like we have

Im off to the shop to buy some bent bannars and set them free, they have been victermized for to long

Bit more than some of the counties waiting to join the gravy train to bring them into the 21st century …

Has anyone seen a remainer this morning? What’s the views on the basic admission of lies by the b of e? Anyone heard from George Osborne? Funny the chancellor hasn’t got anything to say

Spain

The scots have got less chance of getting in the eu than turkey

Hopefully, nothing to stop us introducing a higher road charging levy

There won’t be an eu in 2 years
