the maoster:
I never tire of sitting around doing nothing and getting paid for it.
Me neither mate, me neither.
I have watched full box sets and read complete books waiting for ferries etc, One of the firms I used to work for used to tell you to be on the 11am ferry at Rosslare, when you got there it was an 11pm ferry (or thereabouts anyway)
I never said anything and just went along with it (getting paid) it took them at least 4 times before they cottoned on.
Who tf WANTS to be ‘run ragged’ Mr Winseer , I can only assume that you have never actually been ‘run ragged’ in the true sense of the phrase, if you had you would certainly not want it again.
There is a world of difference between being kept busy and being run ragged.
God who wants to run ragged in any job? Sort of busy, maybe. I’ve done busy in my job and can safely say I can live with not busy. But run ragged? No thanks. I’ve done ragged and it ■■■■■ balls after a while

Same here, been run ragged in the past but no more. Having said that i can only sit around for so long, i dont have to wait being tipped as its just a trailer swop at each end but any waiting around for more than an hour or so for whatever reason and ill swop the flops for my trainers and go for a run or get the dumb bells out…
