Why not have a new vehicle on a regular basis, if the company can afford. Saves a lot of down time, but there are still too many doing the job for nothing and its only going to end badly.

I am willing to come out of retirement even without a licence to drive a Big J , especially for £6k a week…and can I do saturdays on OT. And do I get extra for teaching Roping and sheeting to steering wheel attendants .?
