More than likely moved the front axle forward as the front bumper and lower cab look original, they’ve had to take the step out and modify the doors,good job,
Probably due to fitting a bigger engine/gearbox

its easy to modify doors at jennings where we made cabs for ERF one cab the MW and MV we cut guy big j doors down to short door with the front wheel sitting under the door not part way behind

This thread has just reminded me that I bought a Sputnik washing machine in South West Africa back in 1975 for a lot less than 100 Rand, it was ideal for working in the bush. And after doing a bit of Googling I am surprised to see that they are still selling them.

Well, true it appears to have a Motor Panels snout, but I think the similarity ends there - unless of course it happens to have a ■■■■■■■ NTC 335 coupled with a Fuller RT 9509
If you were going to make a converted camper,.why tf would you mount it on something that is going to return you at the most 10mpg.
Closer to six, I’d reckon Robroy, but at the end of the day it shouldn’t work out too dear, I seriously doubt the fragility of the caravan will last long over the crowbar suspension.
