Mirror cams.

I miss mine [emoji26]

A working forum server , who needs one of them

As mentioned mirror cams .
Led lights on trailers,.if a normal bulb goes,.you change it, if these things fail you are rubber ducked.

Speaking of trailer lights, those stupid ■■■■ bulb holders where you need to be an engineer to change a bulb :smiling_imp: …(ok just me then. )
(Last one I tried to change I cut my ■■■■ fingers gripping the bulb too tight…ok just me again. )

Trailers when the parking brake comes on if you lose air overnight …Brilliant idea,.especially when you are parked either in a ■■■■ pool of water, or worse a bed of nettles when you are wearing your shorts. :imp:

Unnecessary electronic over engineered ■■■■ bullcrap to cater for ■■■■ poor driver’s incompetence. :imp:

■■■■ computers to place orders in takeaways…I end up thumping the ■■■■ thing, and walking out…got told off by some (very brave) spotty kid the other week.

Car parks where you have to phone up on a ■■■■ app to pay…again tried it once never again.

Self service check outs at supermarkets where I end up dumping my shopping and walking out swearing.

Getting out of car parks via a computer…Got really mad one night trying to get out of Nrwcastle airport,.the guy threatened to get the Police to me…again for thumping the ■■■■ thing. :imp: to make it worse me and the wife fell out about it,.as she was embarrased and it spoiled our hol in the end. :unamused:

In fact any thing that is ■■■■ computerised due to my excessive severe lack of tolerance and patience. :grimacing:

Ok as I said…just me, my fault.

   ^^^^ . I punched the screen at the gate at Sainsbury’s Swan Valley last week in frustration after it asked me for the third time to enter my trailer number and for the third time told me that it didn’t recognise the number! Why TF would it?

The screen died and an eight year old security guard with one built up heel came rushing out to chastise me  . I weighed up the satisfaction I’d gain from also punching him against the loss of my upcoming redundancy payment. It was a close match

plus 1… don’t suffer fools and tech just makes me want to kill… :imp: :unamused:

All of the above.

One small thing that does my crust in, Scanias putting the brake lights on when you use the exhaust brake, said e brake is about as much us as the above chocolate teapot, you can be descending a motorway hill for minutes at a time just maintaining the same speed but all the sodding brake lights will be on for no good reason, if you suddenly need to anchor up the driver behind won’t notice due to brake light fatigue.

The fashion fad for pretend multiple exhausts on cloned eurobox cars.
Electric park brakes on anything.
Auto stop/start (thankfully on nothing we own), which defaults to on every time you restart the car.

I totally get that, but if it didn’t do it, would it be possible for the brake to come on just when you disconnect the lines?

Wow!
I’m getting chastised by Sploom. :open_mouth:

My wife knows exactly how I am mate,.and wouldn’t have me any other way.
But thanks for the marital advice…I think.

I think we are being smothered by gimmicks.I mean,I bought this sony dvd player,£25 good quality second hand but it even had an alarm clock on it and apps! Way too complicated for the job.
If you’re talking about trucks, nearly everything is being over complicated.I particularly dont like the electric windows that go all the way down or up even when you release the button.I wish we could put the truck in easy mode

Yeah that’s a real problem. If only the manufacturers would include something that would stop that.
