im confused 6 weeks ago i had a phone call about a transcon with aircon unit up in boston breakers yard rang guy and he said yes its here went up next day im sure it was that cab or it s identical no doors it took ages to get of trying to get betwen cab and that pod i also had middle seat carpets switchs ford badge for my mates ■■■■■■ i wanted aircon for my 89 can anyone tell me is this the same one regards rowland

Rowly, I don’t know but Uncle Sam’s American Circus who ran that are based in Grantham so that would make sense to me. I know Peter Mack who runs the Circus and sell him the odd trailer so I’ll ask him when I next catch up with him I’ll see if he can advise what happened to this Transcon. Again sad to see it like this. Also Rowly, your F16 is looking unbelievably good. Was this Frank Moss from Whitchurch’s beautiful example that used to work out of Freightliner at Cardiff when it was new?. I think I can recall it coming into TIP in the late 80’s possibly in plain white when new. Adrian

hi ade yes was frank moss who sold me my f16 he did run it out of freightliner it took me a long time to buy it he wouldnt sell it to anyone it was when he seen my 141 he new it would be looked after it was white when i bought it he was so upset it is so perfect to drive like it just come out off volvo wat a credit to frank one of lifes most incredible brilliant drivers by the way he washed it everyday when he got back to nessberts of college road whitchurch cardiff top man regards rowly

hi paul thanks for the compliment as for my f89 its stripped right down to just chasses rail sorry to say to slow cab been rubbed down its all ready to go back together but i been very lucky getting new parts i think i got everything lot of help and advice from people all over country and europe it takes over your life i never stop thinking obout regards rowly

The Transcon pulling the T.O.E trailer was my Dad’s. It was the first brand new truck he’d bought. Do you know where the pic was taken ?
