Posted this before on Cheshire hauliers thread, but here are Dawsons Gardner 240 B Series and Owen’s Gardner 180 examle at rest in the Scottish highlands on rout to Ullapool early 80’s.

Is that a long handled brush so you could do everything together in two’s at D & RFs Malc!!! I’ve heard that when you found out we might take over you went crawling back and asked David for a start back!!! Dennis.

No chance dennis kept well away apart from always lived afew hundred yards
from the Howarth family.Any way those two lads were the blue eyed boys!!!

King of Haydon’s fleet in the 1970s - “6 Legs” (Gardner 180) seen here at Banbury market without drawbar trailer but with sheep decks on. My sincere thanks to Topline143 who posted this photo (which I had never seen before last night).
