I was at Asda In redhouse this morning, 2 stobart drivers in the waiting area telling anyone who would listen that there’s a waiting list a mile long to get on with stobarts, they reckon the money is “fantastic” and the kit is “great”, apart from that they are “■■■■ to work for”. One of them reckon he takes home £1200 a fortnight for 60 hours a week on days, no nights out

Nah. He could have just mentioned it. I wasnt aware that red lines flying off all over the place was a common occurrence. You shove it on and you know when its on ok. Ive never had one fall off in 37 years.
Theres too much of this type of thing going on. I went for an assessment, the guy said " yeh, nice drive that was mate, your in. couldnt fault you. But Ive got to put something down, so Ill just say “could use mirrors a bit more”…! ■■■■■■.

Yes they can. If you hit a speed bump or have some form of jolt the line can fire out if it hasn’t been twisted. How do i know? Cause ive had it happen and it isnt pleasant

I was that annoyed wayne I spoke to the supervisor at Grimsby Scania, he assured me that if you put the Suzy on correctly in the first place IT COULD not UNCOUPLE as it could not overcome the air pressure.
When you are giving the unit a tug, how hard is not hard enough?

I was merely suggesting, forgive me, that perhaps they were a bit too keen to fail people, and that perhaps a whisper in someones ear would be perhaps a less expensive and more productive way forward, they could retest after a month for instance, the law allows employers to dispense with your services for up to 13 weeks without comeback.
If you look back I did not start the abuse, but people who cause hundreds of pound worth of damage to trailers and then slag me?
As for conor he is a waste of space.

If you’re referring to me there, then you’re even more thick than I thought, the suzi’s are on the unit, NOT the trailer, no wonder you struggle to couple up
