I’ve had a folder on my PC with PDF’s of the regs and amendments in it for a couple of weeks now, since I started learning the domestic regs due to considering another job change, and wondering if I had fakes when folk said they couldn’t find them.
When i was asking where you got the idea from that there was no rest, you knew full well all along that there was a modification order and rather than say it, you never ? Clever that.
I never had the idea there was no rest, there is. I repeatedly said there was no requirement for a continuous daily rest period and also on several occasions pointed out that people were reading the wrong regulations.
If you had this information about a modification all the time why not just post a link to it ?
What’s the point of two pages of discussion if you could have posted proof of what you say in the first place, I even said in this post that we could do with the changed regulations.
It seems we’ve just wasted time discussing something you say you could have proved all along

I was mostly posting on this thread via my phone and Tapatalk, often while at work or out and about. I didn’t have the links on there and the PDF’s are on my laptop, which my son borrowed a week or so ago while his is undergoing repair so I don’t currently have access to those either.
I repeatedly said people were looking at the wrong regulations and I’m sure you had access to Google while posting, that’s how I found the relevant details, and probably how Wheel Nut found them.
