at J Watts cattle of LANDKEY in the 70’s then later used to see him when my dad worked for Evans transport, a true loss when taken from us . if i remember rightly he had a very loud pair of train horns. i often see geoff cowill (seagul) francais pedlar and peter ellis (hagar) they always talk about your dad love hearing the stories of the old days . Geoff showed me his photos will ask him to put some up on here pretty sure you will like what he as . looking forward to seeing ur photos of your dads lorries . Andrew.

Did Watts ever run Renaults - i’m trying to remember a firm i did a few breakdowns on - it was always the same driver - first on a G range Renault artic then a R range - i can only remember they were green in colour ■■
Thanks
Steve

hello molepower ! that fl10 is owned by Ian Howard of exeter he owns all the lorries in Teignmouth that fl is K174RMR i think it was new to somebody from swindon called Giles on scrap i think in T & T old yard is there E reg fl10 still reg is E881ATA my dad had E878ATA new for EVANS.

so what happened to T & T ? did they just sucumb to the pressures of legislation & high costs & just stop trading or were they bought out ?
chard trucks also had an ex T&T for shunt/yard work but think that has long been scrapped now.

any pics ?
