Got some day work out of felix next week but don’t fancy commuting to and from, and not worth b and b’s! so where do i park my car and sleep in it at night
No i can’t park in yard,
Getting a good rate so not losing out on night out money but don’t want to spend it on accomm.
i’d park at the orwell crossing truckstop
park in the town by the old bus park…close enough to the sea front for dinner and is quiteish…u cant park in my front garden either …failing that park on the cliff tops on the road to old felixstowe…this area is very quiet as its literly my back garden
1 car park…at roundabout of undercliff road and langer road…
the cliff top car park is at cliff road opposite westmorland road there is a pub 1/4 mile towards old felixstowe.
there is a dark car park on golf road this car park has a few huts in it…handy for night time toilet.
then there is viewpoint car park on viewpoint road…this park is very noisy as the port is metres away.
Do NOT park in pubs at the grange/ferry road near the port as the estate is not to welcoming in a few places.
A very quiet road is gulpher road under candlet road…the main road is a little busy but gulpher road is a narrow road with plenty of fields to park in.
A14 heading to the port from bury come off at trimley st martin turn left at the top of the slip road on kirton road then immedietly turb right into capel hall lane there is a small layby on the left side with a small track to hide in.enough space for a artic so no problem with a car.
I have seen some daft posts in my time but this takes the biscuit!!!

I’d stay away from Waitrose and Tesco’s drivers out of Milton Keynes then, i know of about 10 drivers that do it week in week out they park in the staff car park, but that’s not an option here
Stay away from Tesco drivers full stop!
A couple of Saturdays ago…i was merrily driving along the M25 anticlock, coming up to A3 junction, Tesco driver goes off slip then decides to go back on M25 via the embankment taking a lampost, trees and barrier with him and promptly parks his truck across all 3 lanes of M25!! This happened around 5 am.
Just glad a mate decided to mess around with my red airline and trailer brake whilst i was being loaded at 2.30 that morning. Delayed me by a few minutes, those few minutes meant i missed said Tesco driver driving “across” the M25 in front of me!!

Maybe the law makers did not add “sleeping in a car” because they did not think anyone was so elfin stupid
