The old F86 was bought by Paul Perris of C & B, he had a blackout and lost his licence, sold the truck to a man in Ireland (not H.E. Paynes) it was burnt out in a vandal attack.
Last time I saw Shirley he was on for Ralf Davis, heard he was on containers now.

My Brother Keith got to ship ok at Crete mate and has since been back to UK

Bob is still working hard for R&W Plant driving a big Daf and lowloader he lives at Ower near the entrance to Paultons Park and has an old steam engine as a hobby!

Just been looking at the Rokold thread, saw the G96…trucks, JD bought a couple from Rokold - G961 BRE & G963 BRE. I took over G961 from Dave Morgan (although I polished the wheels more,ha ha).

Have to say looking through this thread Mr Davies certainly keeps a smart
fleet of trucks,mind you the 88 still looks the best !
hiya jed, good pics, the big beast was mine before scotty and you had it. she was an animal, the more weight you put on her the better she went. by the way, im always nice to tony, its just that when i ring him all he does is shout that he cant hear me, still thats what happens when your that old.
