It’s still pretty good BB .
Bearing in mind a had a bit of sick time off
Yes we don’t get paid sick.
Avonmouth depot.
I’ve moved from 4/2= 6 day rota to 5/3=8 day rota .
It’s basic is £32.5k .
We have about 3 places where you might have to get in the back Aldi Cardiff being one Lenhams in Andover being another.
Other than that it’s point and shoot.

100% by the book. If your looking at Stafford yes they’ll take you even if your new.
As long as you can pass the interview and assessment show promise and willingness they’ll buddy you up for a bit to get you started.

Avfcnat82 started there an they helped her with getting going.
At the end of the day you’ve nothing to loose by trying

Cheers mate… i dont mind 5 on 3 off or 4 on 2 off… it actually suits my lifestyle very well compared to a monday to friday…

I think GIST would be 5 from 7? If so i am goping for sunday and monday off.

Gist is a fixed 5 days as I went for interview for Friday to Tuesday. The salary when I went last year was £13 84 an hour. They take half an hour a day for breaks. If you start between 22:00 and 06:00 am it’s +20% on top of that £13.84 and weekends are +25% on top of £13 84. Bank holidays a choice of a day off, day in lieu and double pay for that bank holiday worked or triple pay. If I remember rightly it’s a set route each day and you Rota through the week.

Thats a decent bit of dough? Would this be in pallets or cages?

Frozen will be in cages , chill can be cages but mostly wheels and trays ,ambient mostly cages but some stuff on wheels and trays .
Some stuff may be delivered into the hubs on pallets but the Gist / M+S way is cages and wheeled dollies .

Stick it on the taillift and drop it to the ground - its the backdoor staffs problem after that. Push the loaded cages / wheels on to the tail lift or the ramp and push the empties back in again .I work out of the ■■■■■■■■■■■ depot (sometimes) delivering to stores in Northern Ireland . Once its on the tail lift or the ramp its their problem . Honestly its not hard work .
