Courts

Captain Caveman 76:

Jingle Jon:
Thing is, doesn’t matter what you think, perverting justice & perjury are both serious criminal offences. I don’t care if you don’t like snitches, this isn’t school yard politics, people who commit crime are not sentenced by you, nor me. This comes down to one simple issue - either you ignore crime because you are intrinsically wrong, or you stand against it. Crime costs everyone!

Without knowing the facts of what he (or his mate) has done, it’s a bit harsh to be judging him. Has he just dropped a bollock or has he deliberately and knowingly committed a serious offence? I don’t know, and neither do you.

As for hiding his assets, he asked if it could be done (leaving us to assume he didn’t know) and was told unequivocally he couldn’t.

Now whilst ignorance is no defence in the law, it is at least a mitigating factor.

Let’s not pass judgment on the guy and leave that to the courts.

We differ in our interpretation of his op.

But in essence - I agree, best not to jump to conclusions - these matters are much better investigated by professionals who have all the facts. They can ask questions such as - from where did you get this money which you have considered implicating your family into fraudulent crime and perverting the course of justice.

Has anybody noticed the similarly between Jingle John and roaduser66? :grimacing:

So when you can’t win an argument on merit… you act like a child.

Oh dear. :unamused:

Jingle bellend and [zb]user 66 both in the same category…the up their own arse category…
Jingle bellend looks to be a coppers nark, no doubt im next on his list to be grassed for all my serious crimes against humanity… :unamused:

Nice shots guys… do your mums know what you’re all up to… now stop being naughty or you’ll all be grounded without pocket money.

Although Jingle may be one of our more hysterical members and without a doubt no fun at parties I can relate to his logic.

This forum won’t give illegal advice seriously, perhaps a bit tongue in cheek and most of us have known Dozy for a long time and I for one like him a lot.

In fact I don’t think he has ever started a thread that wasn’t entertaining.

Anyway in this case he asked a question many of us will ask at sometime, i.e. hiding assets to protect joint savings and not wanting his wife to lose money.

Answers have been honest and informative and have hopefully steered him in the right direction.
Magistrates aren’t daft they have seen it all before they are also not bitter and twisted to apply a bigger fine than necessary so in this case honesty is the best policy.

I myself am as bent as they come  but must stress be truthful show some remorse and let the cards fall as they may.

Aye, and if he has more than one operating brain cell… don’t think he’s smart enough to rock up at court and tell porkies to the experts at outing the mendacious… otherwise he could find himself in the slammer instead of temporarily skint. In my humble experience magistrates rarely reside over such serious matter & wiggies are far less charitable.

Edited to add: And OP, don’t involve your family you gopping low life ■■■!

Well this thread has taken off! Lol

Mr Jingle, you really shouldn’t be calling others childish, and then throwing juvenile insults yourself. It really does erode your moral high ground…

As for Dozy, you really don’t have a clue about him. Those of us that have been here a while have great affection for him and his mishaps, as he’s definitely not a bad character. A danger to himself yes, but a genuine criminal no.

Dozy mate, does this matter with the courts stem back to in investigation into one of your past employers? As if it does I’d guess you are probably in court more to prove their guilt than your own.

If I’m right I wonder who that could be? Lol

Best of luck Dozy!

Sent via TPN, so it’s either lost, damaged or late…

Jingle Jon:
And he didn’t just ask a question - he asked for advice on how to commit crimes - might even phone the cops miself - don’t like criminals.

“Nee nah neee nah nee nah…”

Does that take you back to school? You know. Runnin around the play ground on your own with no mates because you shopped them to Miss for talking about Jennifer’s knickers?

Neee nah neee nah!

"miss…Miss…MISS! I know the answer!

“Alright Jon, don’t strain so hard with your arm in the air. You’ll ■■■ yourself. Let the other Children answer the question”

Jingle Jon:
might even phone the cops miself

Ok.
Let us know how you get on reporting “dozy from TNUK”.
Im sure that’ll be enough for the cops to zero in on him and find him with no problem

did he bolloxs - the lads got himself into a bit of bother, probably going the extra mile for his boss, (its about time the powers that be started to look at the TMs that put the pressure on) Now he’s worried that his mrs is also going to suffer if the fine is taken out of their joint savings.

why all the sympathy for Dozy? he didn’t have a gun to his head when he done this. This is own fault, and if he uses the excuse i’m on nights I can’t see a lawyer, get what he deserves. I can’t believe you are married, no woman would be stupid enough to be with you this amount of time.

I wonder what the fine would be for washing trucks on a Saturday morning while off the card ■■

No fine, you just have to agree to use a fire extinguisher when needed! :grimacing:

Dozy took a risk committed a crime been caught doing it so will be punished. All of see he was asking if he could move savings so his misses don’t loose out and get a good beating of her lol. I don’t think he’s a criminal just led up the wrong alley easy.

I like that  Ill always remember now to keep the extinguisher next to the steamer when washing my truck, never know whose watching…

Actually, thinking about it…maybe a new thread is in order re fires :bulb: ’ if im on break and my truck catches fire do i switch to other work before grabbing the extinguisher? ’

I’m not convinced that the occasional profanity used in order to speak in terms used by the common users, in any way alters the morality of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, perjury and or involving family members in such a conspiracy. None of which are the reason (I assume) for his impending court appearance.

There does seem to be amongst some in here general confusion between the two aforementioned, just as there seems to be an inability to differentiate between a party, night on the lash etc and an interweb forum.

Moving on from that though, Dozy (very apt), has in his first post atop of this thread demonstrated that he’s potentially dangerous - and not only to himself, but also to members of his family… whom he probably has the power to manipulate. That is quite sickening and not the action of a loveable rouge.

Accepting though that he probably needs help rather than punishment, I have decided that no call to authority would be good for anyone - particularly his family!!!

What I would say to him directly is… you are not smart enough to walk into a courtroom and tell lies to the experts, they will tear you limb from limb and you will make your dog pile much much deeper. Secondly, going on a public forum from where you are most likely very traceable, to ask advice on committing what the law considers to be very serious crime is very very dim. Get a [zb] grip.
