Its the last move when he spins the front end arround amuses me
It’s amusing alright but pushing the thing so far over the edge is bloody frightening, the film shows the passenger side of the car, he couldn’t know for sure just how close the wheel is to going over, no matter how good or how often there is always a time a car will be squint somewhere, Must be brilliant handbrakes on them too, failing that the guy has three legs!!
I saw my first Eddie Stobart transporter yesterday on the roundabout outside Seaforth docks was it you Glenny? driver had his peaky cap pulled down black shades on and a scarf wrapped around his gob must be cold in them cabs.

Now then, ----here’s one for you— What’s going on here ?, where is it, ? what are they ? I’ll post the answer on 27th.
Russian■■?
Trailer is a Carter Engineering and hes taking his height but I haven’t a Scooby what the cars are, Russian is a good call I was thinking eastern european.
I was thinking of not bothering with the answer, but then you all suddenly jumped in. Yes, Tarpans, looked a bit like the old Bedford Dormobile. It was 1979, a special job for me and Geoff Boxall, Star Transporters, F86 with a Carter trailer, we collected them at Felixstowe and took them to Sheerness docks, and the photo is a height check at Dartford Tunnel. We reckoned it was a tax fiddle with an import and export subsidy . There were only about 30 of them and they were pigs to load, mostly non runners, so we either towed them on or bumped pushed them on. One ended up as a yard runabout somewhere, happy days. Thanks for your interest all, regards to Ian and “anyone who knows me”
