I saw my first Eddie Stobart transporter yesterday on the roundabout outside Seaforth docks was it you Glenny? driver had his peaky cap pulled down black shades on and a scarf wrapped around his gob must be cold in them cabs.

Now then Jeff, How are you enjoying your retirement? Heard you were looking to buy a wrapped VW campervan.lol

Yeah Buz just changed the 6 berth compass for a 4 berth Ducatto 22ft been adding extra batterys to do a bit more tramping or wildcatting as the posh ■■■■■■ call it anyway its off to europe for a few weeks in the summer now that i dont have to get up in the mornings great life eh.

Thats because i work her harder than shes ever been worked with you Mr Mac

Got a photo of a wagon from Finland, this is driven by an English lad from the West Country who now lives there, here we have length limits, so we go high, over there they go low and long,in fact Joel goes that long he needs a dolley.
Them people at Vosa would have a field day with this.

Here’s a couple of the new STOBART AUTOMOTIVE transporter, its electric, this one is the ROLFO model, they are trialling these and I believe a transporter eng, version.
Load trials were also done at Nissan for the ferry, they’ll need somewhere to plug it into when tipping and loading, can’t see the batteries on the Merc lasting long tip and load seven times.
SDC trailers have also released photos of their new car carrying trailer, aren’t they something to do with Stobarts?

Seems to have a lot of grunt for not much carrying capacity Peter

The rolfo apparently needs quite a few mods, the t,e, version will be trailed shortly, what their plans are is anybody’s guess.
Hope your keeping well Jeff .
