Not sure which party she belongs to or her views on Brexit or immigration…
But who tf cares.
robroy:
Not said in as many words, but amply justified and excused, by the theme of your (and Jeff’s) posts and opinions. Thanks for the advice btw, I’ll endeavour to see things from a more liberal left wing and anti tory perspective from now on…but give me a chance it’s only 20 mins ago since you turned me.
No.
There is no excuse, if you wish to be taken seriously, for making stuff up and then treating it as fact.
No one has said “look at things from a liberal or leftist view” have they? Just more crap you`re inventing.
The current gov are keeping asylum seekers, both those who should be allowed to stay and earn a living and those who should deported immediately, for longer as they are being slowly processed.
Is getting rid of the false claimants and crims quickly “a left or liberal policy”? I would have thought all would support that.
The current mob talk a lot about many things, but their actions show a very different mindset.
Just like Brexit… Hooray back on track!
Most of what was campaigned for by Leave has not happened.
We have left, YES. But where are the better trade deals? where is the drop in immigration? the extra cash for the NHS? the decrease in red-tape?
Youve been mugged, but you still haven
t realised it.
The Current gov talk tough and have a list of targets, but they have no credible plans on how to achieve those goals.
Ok.
Yaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwn
I stand chastised, just you keep keeping me right.
If it was up to me,.they would be all turned back,.as I am fairly confident around 95% of them are non genuine refugees, but please no links to ‘prove me wrong’,.as I have eyes and a distinct lack of gullibility.
But chill out man, dont take stuff too serious, or you may have to disappear for another couple of months to recuperate again.

So you refute that do you.
Come to my home city and look around, see the young guys hanging around the streets menacingly, ask young girls including my own daughter of their experiences,.ask the Old Bill about the increase in crime, come and inspect the numerous brand new bikes in the hotel especially built bike sheds, view the expansive menu…
But hey, all made up, lets just ignore it.
Do you really find it alien to accept the concept of not believing everything and conforming to what you are officially told?
Don’t answer that btw, it’s rhetorical,… and you have already proven it on here countless times beyond doubt.
robroy:
it’s rhetorical,
'No, it`s not rhetoric.
robroy:
Don’t answer that
It`s just you refusing to listen to anything that upsets your world view.
Like this:
Unsurprisingly after the lockdown years crime has risen in Newcastle, but it isnt up to the levels of 2017,
18 or 19 yet. Carlisle has now more crime than 2020, but less than 2018 and
19.
crimerate.co.uk/tyne-and-wear/n … -upon-tyne
crimerate.co.uk/■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■ … 0%20people.
And if you want to me to go into the “gullible” bit? You`ll have to give me a few hours to trawl through all the posts to find the bit where you said a UK minister was guilty of fraud in the USA, or asylum seekers got £30k plus, or that Boris was a good bloke!

Oh God more links to ‘prove his point’’
REPORTED crime most probably, but it’s official figures, official line, it’s YOU so it MUST be true eh?
I can sure as hell tell you that the areas where these scumbags inhabit are virtually no go, but the official line will tell you different, so as not to upset the apple cart…an appe cart which is very rickety amongst the locals, but again not reported officially.
But again you know better eh?
Unlike you I never get ‘upset’ as you put it, about my ‘world view’,I merely comment on it, and discuss.
I only get ‘upset’ about things in my direct involvement and/or stuff I can actually do something about.
In any other cases or aspects, I leave the ‘getting upset’ bit to the politicians …oh yeah, and people like you.
Btw…feel free to trawl through my posts as you suggest… everybody knows you love to be right,.and are never wrong.
(Getting a strong deja vu vibe here btw. )

I’ve never said illegal migrants are a good thing rob - I said they arn’t claiming benefits. And even if we go onto your theory of “they get benefits that arn’t actually claiming benefits” - everyone gets benefits that arn’t claiming benefits. The only people who arn’t getting benefits are single people who never use the health service. Everyone else has had benefits up the ringpeice - their kids get schooling thanks to sponging off people (who often don’t even have kids themselves - why should they cough up for your kids education?). Answer that and stay fashionable.
I hear your point about “They’ve not paid anything” - well you’ve only paid what, 10 grand a year tax? To be honest there’s not a whole lot of difference when it comes to the cost of putting your kid through 10-15 years of schooling. It costs a thousand times more than your contribution. And if we calculate what costs the most - giving some swarthy migrant a pushbike or putting a kid through 10 years of schooling - costwise obviously I’d rather buy the migrant a pushbike it’s a lot cheaper.

What a complicated cluster ■■■■ of a world it must be in Jeffworld.
So single people dont use the NHS eh?..ok.
It ain’t a case of this is cheaper than that, cos we and ‘they’ (the illegal immigrants) ain’t playing on a level playing field.
These scummers who come over here purely to live off our country under the guise of ‘refugee’, have zero entitlement, where as me, you, my kids,.and everyone else’s kids, are indigenous and fully entitled to join,.and take the benefit of the system.
(Btw…Please dont take ‘indigenous’ as meaning white , as an argument, to have me down as a racist, because I certainly do not mean that, and do not give a flying ■■■■ about colour,…maybe indigenous is the wrong word in this case, but you know what I mean…)
I could also not give a flying ■■■■ if what I get, or anybody else that contributes gets, is, or is not, proportionate to what I/they put into the system via tax, THAT is the system, and the only one on the table, so you can only play the game with the cards you are dealt.
Also…if you have no kids that has ■■■■ all to do with me mate, if you are that bitter that mine and everybody else.'s kids are benefiting where you ain’t, then get yourself into gear and get into production.
So that is one of the many examples where you and me differ, I would rather see thousands paid into educating our kids for the good of the country, than buy a ■■■■ front tyre for Ali’s pushbike, so there you go ‘‘pipe and smoke’’ Jeff.
Can I just say that your liberal socialism hat is slipping a bit btw.

Back on Brexit, Patel has been talking in the Commons recently. She was bemoaning the trade barriers that now exist but didn`t before…

She wanted the UK Gov to tell foreign govs how to arrange their imports to make things easier for the UK?!?

Frangers me old mate…
EVERY post on this thread that you put on here, to feed your obsession on all this dog ■■■■ can be answered and explained in one statement.
Here goes…
You are right Brexit has not worked nor gone to plan.
The present state of play is not the Brexit that we voted for…and why the ■■■■ would we?
I aint going to repeat myself about those running the whole cluster ■■■■ are only doing it cos they have to be seen to,…after getting the shock of their lives after misreading the will of the electorate pre referendum, and who sure as hell did not nor do not want it…looks like I have repeated myself after all,.but it has failed to get through so far, hence the 100 pages.
The whole scheme, idea and initial concept of Brexit by Cameron and his crew, was nothing more than a pawn in a game…a political football if you like, to further the cause of the Tories after their so called ‘deal to make us see sense’…well that worked well for em eh? He resigned over it.
So ■■■■ em, they got a bloody nose because of it, but by Jeeeesus they have made us suffer since by implementing a style of Brexit that does not nor will not work, but done in a way to make things look bad, in order to change people like me’s, minds.
Well ■■■■ em again because I and other astute people who do not take things on face value can see right through em, and what they are doing.
So to sum up, …and with a hope of shutting Franglais up moaning and gloating after I have tried to explain the current scenario (he wont listen though as ever, as he is in perpetual bliss with all this sh)
The whole point is…
The Epilogue.
Brexit will NEVER work until somebody and some group of politicians,.actually WANT it to work…end of, no further questions, thread put to bed …as if.
That was Rob with his serious political head on.
Normal service of routine ■■■■ taking,.winding up Frangers, and not taking stuff too serious will be resumed asap.
So…
No comments about the ■■■■ on that MP then so far?
robroy:
No comments about the ■■■■ on that MP then so far?
MP for South West Inverness? Bye-election about 7 months ago?
Edit> 8 months ago to-day?
robroy:
You are right Brexit has not worked nor gone to plan.
Agreed.
robroy:
The present state of play is not the Brexit that we voted for…and why the [zb] would we?
Agreed.
robroy:

Agreed. Cameron saw that many Tory voters were going over to UKIP or whatever. Maybe not enough for UKIP to win many seats, but enough to split the vote and allow Labour or Liberal in. He needed a referendum to shut Farage up. He didn`t ever believe that Brexit would be good for the country. He put his party, and his wish for power, before his country.
robroy:
they have made us suffer since by implementing a style of Brexit that does not nor will not work,
“they”? The Brexit we have was negotiated by an unelected Minister, and a PM with a strong majority of MPs who all had to sign up to a Brexit manifesto! It wasn`t negotiated and voted on by anti-Brexiteers!
robroy:
The whole point is…
The Epilogue.
Brexit will NEVER work until somebody and some group of politicians,.actually WANT it to work…end of,
Disagree.
It doesnt matter how much you want some things, you
ll never get them. No matter how much you want to have all the pluses and none of the downsides to a deal it is never going to happen in the real world.
Even if you really really really want Tinkerbell to fly, she`ll still need a wire to yank her up!
And there we have it ladies and gentlemen.
What can I say about that, that does not speak for it’s self.
robroy:

I was just wondering if it had ever crossed your mind that you’ve claimed more in benefits than an illegal migrant ever will.
I was saying a single person who is fit enough not to use the health service will claim the least benefits.
So you’re quite happy everyone else having to cough up for your kids but you don’t like coughing up for migrants? Not very fair is it? If you have kids why not pay for them yourself? Isn’t that what Thatcher would have said?
I’m not a slave to any political idea rob - I gather the facts and then make up my own mind. But I make sure the facts are right first - that’s the key. I’m reading a book about Enoch Powell at the minute. Has that just given you a heart attack? I often read books about or by people I don’t agree with - interesting to see how other people think. Just because I disagree with someone’s ideas doesn’t mean I have to dislike them personally. It’s a bit sad how often on the board if you disagree with someone about a political idea they feel they have to call you names and be your “enemy”. Lifes too short.

Has it crossed my mind?
Why would it ?..
The system is what it is.
Difference being between me and these scroungers is that I as a British born subject am fully entitled, me and my family have paid tax whilst working for generations, that is good enough for me for ny conscience to be clear.
Now whether it covers what we take out is irrelevant…it’s the system we are governed to work to, the only deal on the table.
I’m perfectly happy to see my kids being subsidised by like minded taxpayers…yes, as I keep saying it is how the system works…
It all goes in the pot to keep the system going,.and the future secure for education for the next generation, where as contributing to the 6 mill a day is a complete waste of funds that could be put to much better use…let’s start by sending the ■■■■ s back to where ever, and housing the homeless in their place.
Conscience clear mate.
2nd half of game starting got to go.
