Think P&H and that will give you an idea , small shops on narrow roads lazy thry to get some thing for nothing shop keepers

They shop keepers used to ■■■■ and moan to me about how much PH charge and here is me sweating my ■■■■■■■■ off dragging Cages 500 yards to then empty themy from the front door of the shop cause I can’t get the cage in to empty it and no help from the shopkeeper lol.

Well I hope you went back to P&H and negotiated the shop keepers better prices!

No lol I left. PH just lost a big contract anyway. Every shopkeeper slagged PH off. Got bored of hearing it. It’s like those that worked there but moaned every day about the job yet are still there because they can’t afford to take a cut in wages because they now overspend.

Can’t see it being costcutter,they signed a long term contract…and if costcutter left P&H we’d of heard by now as we would be delivering to them again.
I can’t see it being One Stop, as that was most of the drops I did in my 2 days.
So I’ll guess it’s sandwiches for Shell.
Yup was costcutters main stores. They still deliver to a load of them but they lost the main chain from what I can gather. 80 warehouse staff was made redundant on it but that changed to 30 when they realised they needed the staff lol.
Had quite a few proud shop keepers telling me they’ve got rid of ph like it was some kind of victory.
I was driving for P&H Chris when they took the contract off your lot. All the shopkeepers I spoke to were completely ■■■■■■ off after a few months, and reckoned they wished they hadn’t bothered with either company!

180 of the stores that left came back,and a lot of them changed there stores to trade under our name,I spoke with a lot and they said P&H were a total shambles and almost put the shopkeepers out of business with failed deliveries which meant they had no stock to sell,a few of them even confessed they didn’t realise how good our lot were until they went to P&H

When did this happen?
I wasn’t aware of this and I was delivering to a costcutters yesterday on behalf of P&H.
Having said that I do walk around with my eyes and ears closed most the time.

That’s because they all want something for nothing. PH pay 28k a year for a reason cause it’s hard work and not anyone wants to do the job they are asked to do. Supposed to be one point delivery but the shops want it all over the place. Some shops don’t even have the room for the stuff at the best of times. Then the ■■■■■ count it after you’ve counted it in front of them. ■■■ holes the lot of em.

When did this happen?
I believe it all ended end of August. That’s when the costcutter lot was telling me it was over and they was switching to someone else.
Fact remains it’s not an easy job and whatever company does it is gonna get moaned at.
Dominos pizza is the worst to deliver to. Bunch of lazy ■■■■■.
I always found that there were alot of ‘missing’ items when I’d delivered to costcutters.
despite me counting them in the lorry prior to delivery.

I had same issue every day. Pickers not doing the job correctly.
