You don’t know where the,wheel came off, what do you do?
You call the Boss and explain the issue, boss sends out a recovery truck with,a spare wheel and you can now set off again.
What about the missing wheel.
Do you call the police, do you call vosa, or do you just forget about it.■■?
What’s the correct procedure.

Its the disk lock safety wheel nut
a heavy duty locking nut that’s split in 3.
comprising of a nut, hexagon flanged nut and a flat faced washer.
If the wheel vibrates loose the cams rise against each other.
