I have looked, several times, the green light started to flash before the truck reached the crossing which means caution and be prepared to stop in Russia. Also that light is for traffic going the other way…
it also means that the light is red for the pedestrian and if he hadn’t walked into crossing traffic, the lorry would’ve been through it before the traffic light for cars went yellow. no need to dig deeper, when in a hole already
