What’s the going rate to park two 8 wheeler rigid’s and a container with electric and water?
I’ve a lad wants to park here,I’ve a good secure concrete yard ideal for the job, just not sure how much I should charge.
Thanks Scoff.

all depends where you are. Here in Northampton people are greedy, had guy asking 100 per week for unit only not secure nor water…
More north you go, cheaper it is…
Between 150-250 a month for unit and trailer is where it should be. Take it as guide to calculate price for 2rigits…
Phone commercial estate agent near you. Tell them you want land for 2 trucks and ask them how much.
We pay £50/week for a stand trailer in a farm yard in north Lancs. The farmer built a new concrete pad specifically for the job. Bring an empty trailer in, drop it at the side of the full one, drop and swap and take the full one away. We also have rigids coming in twice a day to tranship to the trailer. No other facilities provided. There’s a combination lock padlock on the farm gate at night but other than that it’s open access all day but vehicular traffic down the lane each day can be counted in single digits, it’s well off the beaten track.
We also have same happening at another site, more commercial, but completely open plan and anyone can drive in to the yard and nick/mess with the trailer if they wanted to. This place costs us £60/week, no facilities. Also north Lancs.
Thanks for the replies,I’ll not charge him for the electric and water for the steam cleaner and I don’t think I’m being greedy asking £100/week.
