As I drove down 22A in Vermont yesterday (monday 10th oct) I saw a Yanke (Saskatoon based) being unloaded on a dock next the road in Shoreham, which is the back of beyond, this occured very early in the morning. I then drove to Albany NY, got some small repairs done, then on to NYC, spent the night there, dropped and hooked this morning and headed back uo to Vermont. Passing through Shoreham I noticed the same damm truck parked at the village fuel stop… The poor sod, or sods if they were a team 
There is no way i would sit a day or so waiting for any company to give me a load in the middle of nowhere. Why didn’t he drive to a town for F*&^ sake ?
