Hi all, had an interview for Xpo British Gypsum and been offered the job. I never asked about overtime if it’s paid at flat rate or time and half etc and how many hours you need to do before you hit the overtime rate. Does anybody know?

If it’s based it Gotham this is from there advert say’s overtime at 1.5 but doesn’t say how many hours before it kicks in
I’d imagine any hours worked over the adversited 10 pm finish.
