quick question…in terms of WTD when does the week starts??Sunday 00:00 or Monday 00:00??Thanks all for your HELP
as far as i know but to perfectly honest i don’t really care, the week starts on the day you start following your weekly rest. but who really cares no one is enforcing it, even when i have been stopped by vosa they are not interested in wtd just driving hour/correct breaks ect

The same as the fixed week for the tachograph regulations 00:00 Monday.
I agree that whilst there may not be any authority enforcing the RT(WT)R many companies do expect drivers to comply with it and will give infringements for none compliance.

as far as i know you only get infringments for under tacho regs not wtd, and wtd have nothing to do with tacho regs, and to be honest its easy to keep within the wtd regs,its like people keep harping on that they have to have 30mins break at 6 hrs but thats been discused to death on the forum

The week for both EU tacho regs and the WTD regs starts at 00h00 on Monday, it has nothing to do with when you start following your weekly rest for either set of rules.
