If I have added up correctly … driving hours = 92 hours so 2 hours over the legal max

Max 2 x 10 hour driving time per fixed week and I can see 7 in 2 weeks !!

As its a max of 2 per fixed week then its a max of 4 in that shift pattern

Two. But if the drivers week starts on the Saturday and on that Saturday he drives for ten and then on the Sunday he drives for ten that is his two lots of ten used for that week. As part of the drivers week, on Monday a new fixed week starts so he is then entitled to drive for ten as he is on the Tuesday.

The fixed week is sunday midnight to sunday midnight so only 2 x 10 hour drives are allowed between those times no matter what else is happening

Now add on your second week with all the 10s in that and you will find differently

you MUST use fixed weeks for 10s so you need to put the two weeks rota in to two fixed weeks as I did to see the error

If you take all the 10s from the week 2 you originally did then yes, you would be correct
