For me, it’s about 6am-8am.
Everybodys in a screaming rush because they have hit the snooze button to many times!!
Ive seen some diobolical driving this week on the A13.
The opposite for me, evening rush hour, seems people are soo ■■■■■■ off over their day, plus every second is their time, some ludicrous driving in those few hours of around 4.30pm - around 6 - 6.15pm.
Especially around xmas near The Trafford Centre.
The worst time is between around 2am and 4am everyone suffers some better than others.

I do nights all week returning during the morning rush hour. Bad yes. But once or twice a week I do an extended day where I return along the M25 between M4 and M23 between 3 and 5 PM and it is pure HELL.
TLDR evening rush hour is worse than morning rush hour. Dunno why, just is.

I would have said from 1pm, but agree with Friday PM’s, lemming day.
My memory isnt great but the most accidents occur its either monday morning or friday afternoon defo one of the two. Junction 15-21 on the M8 on a friday afternoon just wouldn’t be the same without its usual crash, without fail there is a crash 
Worst time of the day depends really where you are, if you’re doing rush on say the M74 going south you hardly even notice its rush hour, if you’re doing the rush hour on the M8 its just stop start, but if you’re doing rush hour on the A90 north of strathaven it is stressful, fast moving traffic coming on and off darting about all over the place never get a minutes peace ■■■■■■■ road is a death trap during rush hour!
I just hate it all, i dont even like driving 
Friday afternoon definitely, far to many people in a hurry to get home/finished etc.
School run time
Friday afternoons closely followed by 7.30am to 9.30am weekdays.
Around the 4pm mark on any motorway I find to be the worst time when all the reps are heading for the travellodges and you find them getting half way past the junctions and then realise thats the one they wanted and then when there is a major accident its always brought up on tv reports that HGVs were involved.I have always defended this by asking how many major road accidents happen during the night when it is mostly just HGVs on the motorways.ANSWER NONE. 
Generally from sometime between 23:15 and midnight until sometime between 03:15 and 04:15, that’s when my co-driver does his utmost to kill us and I scream like a little girl.

08:00-09:00, especially on mondays.
16:30-18:00, especially on fridays.
Ideally, I want to be going to work after 6pm, and at home getting ready for bed by 08:00! 
i get my best work done between the hours of 11pm and 4am, anything after that is generally a disaster because it involves dealing with car drivers, the vast majority of whom are idiots

When else can anyone drive down a practically deserted trunk road, music a blaring, no stobbie or euroguy up your arse…
