Ive said in another thread that i work as goods in in a busy warehouse, not an RDC but still a big place. I rarely if ever keep drivers waiting to be tipped and im always helpful to them, show them where the toilets are, canteen, give them a plastic cup for the coffee machine as it doesn’t dispense them etc, all of which i don’t have to as they are staff facility’s and not driver facility’s. As said above though, some drivers are nothing short of dirty animals, we have one guy who drives a rigid for DHL he comes and does a couple of collections in the evening, hes black from head to toe, absolutely filthy, he stinks of every body fluid imaginable, he throws his rubbish outside in the yard, ■■■ ends, coffee cup, crisp packets, hes rude and arrogant regardless of how you approach or speak to him, there is one other like him but on the whole most of them are okay once you get on their wavelength and are courteous towards them. 
Woolworths at Swindon is now shut.They had the punishment bay if late.It was tight to get in on all bays.Lots of broken mirrors there.
A good Rdc is Argos Bridgwater.Cheap meals in the canteen.
Morrisons ambient at Northampton.Not pleasant.
Wilkinsons would allow drivers in their canteens.

I know Swindon Woolworths is shut. Thread is called worst RDC’s. It is the worst one I have been to.
The Best one was 3663 in Banbury. On many an occasion, the guy has been running across the yard to me, with my keys and signed paperwork, before I got back to the cab after handing them in.
