What is the maximum amount of hours I can work in a week? My week so far has been
Monday 7am - 6pm
Tuesday 5am - 5pm
Wednesday 4:30am - 7pm double manned
Thursday 4am - 9pm double manned
Friday 6am - 9pm
Total hours 68.5
Was offered to go out in a van today so I could start at 3am as there is no tacho (I refused)
I have maxed out driving hours at 53.5h
How much breaks and POA in your shift list 
Need to know that to give an answer
60 in a fixed week but it’s got to average 48 over the reference period.
