Will I be hired straight away if I’m not gonna work for any money at all - just to get experience? I really wanna drive in Sweden - I have UK licence. Will a Swedish company take English driver if he will work for nothing to get experience?
If I want to work for nothing, do I go to an agency and find work? How do I find work? How do you find work?
I don’t wanna work for one company - I wanna move around and get a feel for the industry you see…
What should I do?
(I know you hate me for working for nothing but it is the only way to get a job if you have no experience right?)

Go to Baltic companies and work for 800 Eur 2 - 3 week rotation and you will get 30% chance of being sent to Scandinavia, 70% chance of Europe / or “East…”.
Drive there - write down Scandi company names from trucks you see driving in their areas contact them tell you have driven for that and this and move to Scandi directly for big money…
Just an option…
But you definatley sound like Romanian not British so…
If you are Romanian go to Zeebrugge and join all the Romanian’s pulling containers for ECS whether you can drive or not does not seem to be a problem there, can be quite entertaining sitting around there for a few hours and watching the ECS units at work
if you are interested, I can get you the contacts for a guy advertising in here in Estonia for drivers for a 25.25m long combination in Sweden. he pays €2k a month for the work and thus should welcome anyone willing to drive for even less

If he goes to work for Estonian company will he need to swap over his Licence to Estonian Licence or he can be employed in driving position in Estonia while keeping his UK licence ?
How happy family exactly - will Estonian company also pay him to UK bank account or he will need to open Estonian bank account?
And what about his UK registration Romanian made RightHandDrive BmW 7-series - will he be able to register it in Estonian or he will have to visit neighbouring Lithuania for steering wheel swap en route to Estonia?
