does anyone know if its easy to find either class 2 or class 1 work over in Spain ?
Sorry to discourage you but Spain is probably the worst place in western Europe for job prospects as a truck driver. We’ve got a Spanish driver at our place who’s made the journey over the border into SW France to find work as he could no longer get anything worthwhile back in his country. His last boss replaced him with two Argentinian drivers after over a decade working for the same company, and the boss saved hundred of euros at the end of the month on wages. Add to that the fact that many big firms like Carrion, Cano, etc now use Eastern registered traction and your prospects aren’t very bright.
There were a couple of Spanish-based drivers on here a while back but they seem to have gone quiet, don’t know if they’re still down there?
