Good evening, sorry in advance my first post is a question. I usually find the answers to my questions here but had no joy this time.
In short i usually work mon to fri nights with the odd Sunday as over time. How ever the coming weeks i due to work the following, could someone confirm that its legal? I ask as its three weeks of working 6 days in a row with my 45 hour rest being pushed back. Ill then be back to my usual timetable. In case its needed my driving time is between 6-9 hour’s daily rest is being loaded etc.

I don’t know what your usual start times are so I’m assuming that the Saturday 11/05/19 and Sunday 12/05/19 at the end of the work pattern will total at-least 45 hours rest.
If that’s correct then it looks legal.
The week ending 14/04/19 you had a regular weekly rest period.
The week ending 21/04/19 you’ve had a Reduced weekly rest period of 38 hours (2 actually)
The week ending 28/04/19 you’ll have a regular weekly rest period of 60 hours.
The week ending 05/05/19 you’ll have a reduced weekly rest period of 37 hours.
The week ending 12/05/19 you’ll have a regular weekly rest period at the end of the week.
You may possibly have 8 hours compensation to pay back for the reduced weekly rest period in the week ending 05/05/19, it depends on how much rest you have on the last Saturday and Sunday.
Many thanks for your reply, the first Saturday i finished at 00.30 ( Friday morning into sat) so had a full 45 hour rest before working on the monday. Also only worked 3 days that week.
Im usually ok with my times but wasnt sure if it would effect me working 6 days in a row 3 times on the trot!
Just wanted a second opinion.
Thank you again for taking the time to reply, am very grateful!
