Recently started a new job as a 7.5t driver doing national deliveries. Unfortunately the job has a lot of nights out and is affecting family life. The missus doesn’t like me being away for most of the week and I have a 1 year old. I’m thinking of going for another job but unfortunately I’m young and inexperienced an only passed my class 2 earlier this year. Anybody else have these problems? Advice needed please
When you are at home make sure you have good Quality Family time
You could look for another job but are there many out there 
How much do you need to live on but only you & her can decide that
There is no quick fix to the problem & no 2 are the same
Ok I am lucky in that I am single my family have now grown up & left but it was being a single mother & driving
Depends who you work for as well or see if you can hold out for a few more mth until there might be something better that comes along
