Off course. The Bentley parts I was delivering from Czech republic to Bentley facory were also specificly designed and build to Bentley. They will not fit Skoda or Tatra. Does it mean that Britons are unable to make door seals or whatever crap it was?
But this is how it works. The times of “we’ll build everything from scratch in the same factory” are long gone, I think since mr Ford invited modern ways of mass production. Today factory has just engineers designing new stuff and assebly line, all “small bits” are ordered from subcontractors. This helps lower prices down. So you have specialist companies that built certain kinds of parts to various models, as they have facilities that allow them to built them, even if they vary between the models. In the very same factory you delivered your British parts to, they are making doors to boeing planes (if I remember correctly, or that might be the other one). They are also specific parts for boening only, but they were made before in different place. The production of them were located there as a part of the deal between Poland and USA when we bought F-16 fighters…
And this is how it works. There is a company in Poland for example that makes car and truck seats for several manufacturers. Off course every type of them is model specific, but still them, being specialist in vehicle seats and making them at the big scale, can make it cheaper than if every manufacturer had to build his own seat factory.

You’re right it’s only a dream because I’m only going to say the same thing as Keith on this issue so that’s 100 lines saved.

Well funny you should say that. I’m thinking if they can spot illegal fuel going in out all day they’ll easily be able to get a follow up on this? As we know PG9’s (or prohibitions) are nothing new. There must be something rivetting about this one?
