steve who does the assements and training is good as gold,turn up drive sensable keep revs in the green show good road sense and read the road, keep it rolling to save fuel when you can.ask to do a daily inspection before you leave and ask about oil and water,check the dog clip,check the lights.BS goes along way with this firm,cant say about money it depends what contract,im a MSC charter tramper away all week,some do days/nights and some a few nights out some none.tackles all newish
