Well it sure beats the hell out of the “Fast Eddie” T.V. show, well the little I saw of it it does !!! Look out Willi if I was you as “the fast one” will cut the bottom out of an uneconomic rate,[zb] it up,then walk away and leave you to clear the [zb] up!!! But I reckon you needn’t worry as “the elves” won’t like the look of those camels !!! Reindeers, yes, but not camels !!

I wish you would change the bloody record trying to hi jack another thread. Have a glass of water with that bitter pill and get it swallowed.

excellent stuff Ben keep em coming and ignore the pointless haters

I think Bewick was referring to the NAAFI contract that Eddie Stobart had, where they used about 20-30 vehicles hauling supplies to British Forces stationed in Kosovo. Although Kosovo is not as far as Afghanistan it was still an interesting contract that Stobart got by purchasing a company called Janerite (this has been mentioned a few times on here already), I don’t know if Stobart have ventured as far as Afghanistan yet at least! The only ■■■■■■■■■ hauliers to venture far was FA Dayson who specialised in Turkey, J & W Watt who had vehicles in the Middle East and I believe a firm from Millom called Ashburners had vehicles based in the Middle East, the later are not to be confused with Ralph Davies who also run top of the range black Volvos, now they send their vehicles as far as Afghanistan and beyond even to China!

I believe that the US forces are using a different route to transport their supplies so they will be a lot of Wili Betz vehicles available unless they decide to cut the fleet numbers back.

This company is not that far behind Wili Betz in size http://www.fercam.com/en/

Typical. You take a nice holiday snap of some camels but its only after you get the pics back from Boots ,you notice
that some ■■■■ has spoiled the pic by parking his ■■■■■■■ lorry in the background.
