Why Bother

Sometimes I wander why I bother to post. I posted about the passing of David Rowlands and the Holistic Truck Driver page, but I had not one single reply. Surely someone on Trucknet knew him or Lyndsay. Really think I need to stop wasting my time on posting comments or make replies to other posts, as I do not get any response. Maybe members are too busy working and have no time to keep in touch, but there were over 300 people who actually looked at the post I sent in.

You bother because you care, stop posting, stop caring !

Perhaps, like me, some didnā€™t know him or ā€œholistic (wtfs that?) truck driver pageā€? I donā€™t get involved in the crowd following, repetively posted ā€œRIP driveā€ stuff anyway.

Donā€™t mean 300 people knew him though or even knew what it was about .
Hands up I looked and passed the page by, some people look scan not interested pass on to next page .
what do you expect 300 replies :open_mouth:

Quit your moaning woman :unamused:

Never heard of him, sure he was a stand up bloke though.
My commiserations, Madame.

Most of these old technophobes donā€™t post till they fire up the Amstrad 286 when they get home of a weekend.

Itā€™s only cutting edge geezers like me who are dialled in when sitting waiting for some bone idle bleeder to tip me wagon, which is a lot.
