That fallen column is in a section of peage, but most of the piccies I’ve posted are of publicly owned roads. Not limited to tourist hot spots either. Building an interesting feature on s roundabout or whatever can’t be cheap.
I occasionally pass by that location on my way south but it’s always dark.I’ll look out for it next time.
