Thanks for the address details Delboy - it was really an email link I was looking for, I have their address details, but I have found an address where I was able to contact them at :- adwords.google.com/support/bin/r … nue+%C2%BB
Although they do say:-
Please be assured that while we may not be able to respond personally to your feedback, we will investigate this matter and, if necessary, take the appropriate action.
So I wait and see. I have said to them :-
The link to this website is mis-leading, as well as the facts quoted being less than accurate in my opionon.
I feel that before I contact advertising standards/trading standards I would ask for your views.
If you would care to look at a forum thread at viewtopic.php?f=16&t=42113&p=472018#p472018 others have the same concerns as me and find it less than satisfactory that an advert such as this can appear on such a forum.
Your comments will be appreciated.
Thanks for the update Rikki
Rikki-UK:
I will raise your comments with my Boss , but as I said I doubt if we can have any influence at all over what Google do
I raised this issue this morning, We will be raising the concerns over certain adverts shown in the Google Ads panel with the person who runs the RBI Google Adsense account, Until we get answers to wether we can vetos certain advertisers we will be removing the Google ads from the forums. ( as soon as I can find someone in the office who can actually do it )
Trust me it can be done. From one of the Adsense settings available:

A result then - thanks Rikki.
I have had a reply from google:-
Hello Mr ,
Thank you for notifying us of the poor service rendered by one of our
Google AdWords advertisers.
The AdWords programme provides a venue for companies to advertise their
services. We value customer service and hope our advertisers will provide
quality care to our users. However, we are not responsible for, nor are we
able to monitor, the actions of each company.
In response to your email, I will review this advertiser’s account to
check for incongruities. However, I suggest that you contact the Better
Business Bureau or Consumer Affairs division of the city where the company
is located, as they will be able to investigate your case and act on your
behalf. Such organisations provide a more effective forum for addressing
cases of consumer dissatisfaction.
If you have additional questions, please visit AdWords Support at
adwords.google.co.uk/support, where you will find answers to many
frequently asked questions.
You can also post your question in our Google Help Group where advertisers
can share tips and tricks and find answers to their more specific
questions: google.com/support/forum/p/AdWords?hl=en. Please be
assured that this group is closely monitored by a team of experts to
ensure that customers aren’t misled and that information found on the site
is accurate and relevant.
We look forward to providing you with the most effective advertising
available.
Sincerely,
Subharaj

Seems like a standard reply!
Not just a standard reply but do you honestly think that Google is going to penalise somebody who gets them revenue?
