I’ve no idea where you are, but (saying it politely ) the labels aren’t quite right.

You need one of these on the drum:

100mm X 100mm

Plus you also need “UN 1202” written on the drum somewhere near the label.

It can be a sticker like this:

Or it can be written on by hand by use of a permanent marker and the letters and numbers must be at least 12mm in height.
(That’s the cheap option!!)
