It is Scunthorpe but dunno what Caparo is. It was at Tata Steel

I remember the Bar Mill as United Merchant Bar, I think it then changed its name to Caparo but luckily for me I haven’t been in there for 20 years so could be called anything these days. CLS did the work out of there with the NG and SK Merc back then.
