Well Wolfie has caught me with this one, I can see 2 towers with red lights and did think it might be a view of London taken from the North downs but as Wolfie does not have a passport to come that far South I will take a stab at Newcastle instead
No not Newcastle. The two red towers do indeed straddle a river but its not the Tyne.
I think London would cover a significantly larger area than in this pic even from the North Downs
