Definitely A46 Evesham bypass. Here is (almost) the same shot in Google Earth - you can see the overhead cables, the SOS phone and even the speed camera sign on the back of the roadsign on the opposite verge.
Evesham bypass it is.
Used to use that road every week, with a regular run down to Cheltenham, Gloucester and Hereford hospitals.
